Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at lumenorastudio1111@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
